The role of a facilitator requires exceptional interpersonal skills, keen observation, insight, and quick thinking. Like a conductor, you must maximize the potential of each individual player and guide the group to overall success. This course explores the facilitator's role in various group situations, providing ample practice, interaction within the group, and feedback.

  - Clarifying the differences between the roles of facilitator, leader, manager, and consultant

2. Get to know yourself
  - Identify your own style (behavioral characteristics) and preferences
  - Describe how your behavioral style influences individual and group functioning
  - Develop strategies to maximize participant involvement by leveraging your own style and preferences
  - Discuss the values ​​and attitudes required of a facilitator

3. Essential skills for building effective relationships
  - Discussing the values ​​and attitudes of a facilitator
  - Addressing the challenges of juggling multiple roles such as "leader," "manager," and "facilitator"
  - Listening at a deeper level (deep listening)
